The Guardian newspaper of UK has reported that the High End Employer Marks and Spencer is now reconsidering its strategy in developed country markets.
So will Marks and Spencer now become a Value Retailer in emerging markets ? What a mishap for the High Flyer falling on Bad Times and burning away cash.
